Club delegates attended the recent GBR AGM, held on Monday 24th May.
As discussed at our own (TBC) Annual General Meeting, there were various Notices of Motions received by GBR to be voted on by the delegates.
The results of voting are as follow: Motion: That 2021-22 Midweek Pennant competition be 14 rounds plus 3 weeks of finals. Voting result-not in favour. Motion: That 2021-22 Saturday Pennant competition be 14 rounds plus 3 weeks of finals. Voting result-not in favour. Motion: That 2021-22 Midweek Pennant competition be 21 ends with no lunch break. Voting result-not in favour. Motion: That 2021-22 Saturday Pennant competition be 21 ends with no tea break. Voting result-not in favour. Motion: That Midweek Pennant competition have a minimum of two women per team and that men can skip. Motion withdrawn and no vote taken.
There was a further motion that the proposed GBR Constitution V2 July be adopted. Voting result-in favour.
