Since its formation, the Torquay Bowls Club has achieved many milestones both on and off the green. Some of the more notable have been:

Construction of the first bowling green was completed by Mr Carl R. Voss 
Official opening of the bowling green. 
An additional 8 rink green completed.                
The Ladies committee was formed.
A new clubhouse was erected.
Indoor bowls commenced.
The clubhouse was extended.
The Club became a licensed club.
Clubhouse was upgraded to provide for a bar .
Torquay Bowls Club became incorporated.
Kitchen was improved.
Extensive renovation and extention of the clubhouse  including catering facilities for Bistro, member's area and offices for tenant- RSL
